Return policy
seven of sweden wants to offer a smooth return experience.
- You can therefore start your return on unused products within 14 days from the moment your order has been delivered to you.
- The product must be completely unused and still in the same new condition as when it was received.
- The product must also be in its original packaging, with notes and labels remaining.
How to return a product

- Enter the order number and e-mail and telephone number. You need to enter exactly the same information as in your order confirmation.
- State which products you want to return and the reason for the return.
- Confirm all your original shipping information and change this if necessary. Once you have confirmed this, you will have the option to purchase a return slip or ensure that the product is returned to our warehouse.

Right of withdrawal
- Cancellation period: As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that quickly deteriorate or become too old, such as food, or to goods manufactured to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
- Notice of right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear message to seven of sweden via e-mail or post before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
- Return of goods: After you notify us of your regret, the goods must be sent back to seven of Sweden within 14 days.
- Condition of the goods: The goods must be returned in unchanged condition. seven of sweden has the right to reduce the refund if the item has been used or damaged.

Exchange policy
We can offer exchanges, contact us by phone and we will come to an agreement in the easiest way. The agreement must be confirmed via email before we exchange the product(s).
As a customer, you are then responsible for the return shipping costs and we will send the exchanged item to you free of charge. The product is only sent after we receive the return.
Deduction of reduction in value
If you have handled the products more than is necessary to examine them and the handling has caused the products to decrease in value, for example wear and tear. In these cases, you as a customer are liable to compensate seven of sweden for a reasonable reduction in value.
A market assessment of the actual reduction in value is made by seven of sweden in each individual case. Deduction levels are examples of the calculation bases that are applied when calculating the reduction in value. seven of sweden's assessment is always based on an overall perspective.
Step 1. - If the product shows minor wear or deterioration, such as a minor scratch or that the garment has been used: 30% in value deduction.
Step 2. -If the product shows obvious wear or deterioration, such as obvious scratches or damage: 40% in value deduction.
Step 3. -If the product shows damage to the product that affects the product's function: 60% in depreciation deduction.
Step 4. - If the product shows severe damage and/or severe wear and tear or deterioration of the product: 80% in depreciation deduction.
Step 5. -If the product is in such a condition that we judge it to be unsaleable or that a repair is not economically justifiable: 100% in depreciation deduction. If you have purchased your product with a discount code or during a promotion, we do not offer the same discount if the discount code or promotion has expired.
Complaint
All products you buy from seven of sweden are of the highest quality. If your product was unexpectedly defective when it was delivered, we ask you to start a complaint as soon as the defect is noticed. We will do everything to make you as a customer satisfied.
However, it is your responsibility to prove that the product was faulty upon delivery, so study the garment carefully before using it. If the complaint is made more than two (2) months after the time of sale, you are, however, obliged to submit proof that the fault occurred before the time of sale.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have a 3-year right to complain, however, as a consumer you must complain about a fault within a reasonable time as soon as you have discovered the defect. Faults discovered on goods within a reasonable time, i.e. two (2) months, count as complaints. The defect must be original, i.e. a production error. Normal wear and tear and products older than two years are not a complaint. If you want to start a complaint, please send a picture and description of the defect to shop@sevenofsweden.com.
Each claim is processed and assessed manually, so it may take 3-4 banking days after our written confirmation of the claim before you see your refund in your account. Unapproved complaints are returned to the sender.
