Return policy:
Seven of Sweden wants to offer a smooth return experience.
– Therefore, you can begin your return on unused products within 14 days from the moment your order has been delivered to you.
– The product must be completely unused and still in the same new condition as when it was received.
– The product must also be in its original packaging, with labels and labels left.
How do I make a return?

Enter order number and e-mail as well as telephone number. You need to enter exactly the same information as in your order confirmation.
Enter the products you want to return and the reason for the return.
Confirm all your original shipping information and change this if necessary. Once you have confirmed this, you will have the opportunity to buy a return slip or make sure that the product returns to us.
Return slip Postnord:
When you buy your return slip, you will receive a QR Code sent to you. Pack your order carefully and go to your nearest Postnord agent, hand in the package & show your QR code and the agent will take care of your return. You will receive a confirmation when we have received your return.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received your return. Once you have received this email, it takes between 3-4 working days before the money is visible in the account.
Exchange:
We can offer exchanges, Contact us by phone and we will agree in the most flexible way. The agreement must be confirmed via email before we replace the product / products. As a customer, you will then bear the shipping cost on return and we will send the exchanged item freely to you. The product is only sent after we have received the return.
Depreciation deduction when exercising the right of return:
If you have handled the products more than is necessary to examine them and the handling has caused the products to decrease in value, such as wear and tear. In these cases, you as a customer are liable to compensation to Seven of Sweden for reasonable depreciation. A market assessment of the actual depreciation is made by Seven of Sweden in each individual case. Deduction levels are examples of the calculation bases that are applied when calculating the depreciation. Seven of Swedens’ assessment is always done from a holistic perspective.
Step 1. – If the product shows a slight wear or deterioration, such as a minor scratch or that the garment has been used: 30% in depreciation deduction.
Step 2. – If the product shows a clear wear or deterioration, such as clear scratch or damage: 40% in depreciation deduction.
Step 3. – If the product shows damage to the product that affects the product’s function: 60% in depreciation deduction.
Step 4. – If the product shows severe damage and / or severe wear or deterioration of the product: 80% in depreciation deduction.
Step 5. -If the product is in such a condition that it is deemed unsaleable by us or that a repair is not economically defensible: 100% in depreciation deduction. If you have bought your product with a discount code or during a promotion, we do not offer the same discount on the discount code or promotion that has expired.
Complaint:
All products you buy from Seven of Sweden are of the highest quality. If your item was presumably defective when it was delivered, we ask you to start a complaint as soon as the error has been noticed. We will do everything to make you as a customer satisfied. However, it is your responsibility to prove the item was defective upon delivery, so study the garment carefully before using it. However, if the complaint occurs more than two (2) months after the time of sale, you are obliged to submit proof showing that the error occurred before the time of sale.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have a 3-year right to make a complaint, however, as a consumer you must complain about a defect within a reasonable time as soon as you have discovered the defect. Defects that are discovered on goods within a reasonable time, ie two (2) months, are counted as complaints. The defect must be original, ie production defects. Normal wear and tear products older than two years are not a complaint. If you want to start a complaint, please send a picture and description of the defect to info@sevenofsweden.com.
Each complaint is processed and assessed manually, so it can take 3-4 banking days after our written confirmation of the complaint before you see your refund on your account. Unauthorized complaints are returned to the sender.
